We will create an atmosphere of sizzling BBQ's, with sensational smells and wonderful sights for your guests to enjoy.
Or how about live cooking with a Chinese influence providing you with a selection of stir-fry's served with egg fried rice, prawn crackers served in bowls with chop sticks (forks available for the less adventurous) all cooked to order on a real wok burner over a few hours so there is no rush!
We can also organise hog roasts, traditional ice cream barrows as a 'pudding' alternative serving handmade local ice cream. WOW!!
